Inspection jigs used in standard testing equipment.

It has a built-in 60-pin connector (I/O, measurement pins) and a 6-pin connector (power supply), which can be assigned according to the inspection requirements. High-speed LED lighting inspection using a camera is also possible, with sequential lighting inspection in as short as 3ms.
